As you enter, you are embraced by the warmth of the living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of local wine. The kitchen and dining room invite you to prepare gourmet meals, while the terrace next to the summer kitchen, whirlpool, and shower offers a magical ambiance for breakfasts overlooking the vineyards.

Two rooms await you upstairs. One double room with its own toilet and shower, but what certainly charms the most is the other, slightly more luxurious bedroom with a special designer bathtub, where you can relax while looking at the vast landscape. This bedroom also includes its own toilet and shower. The finishing touch is a classic Finnish or BIO herbal sauna, which ensures that you finally forget all the troubles of everyday life.

The exterior of the estate, available to all guests, is designed for soaking up the sun’s rays and the relaxing energy of Goriška Brda. Surrender to the magical view of the vineyards and the infinity pool and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere that Brda offers. An infinity pool and parking spaces are also available to guests.
